Smart Tails Standard Thinner

Smart Tails Standard Thinner

Smart Tails Standard Thinner will give you the show ring finish in minutes with zero discomfort to your horse. This product is the go-to tool for tail tidying!

Choose from three grades depending on your desired finish. Medium or Coarse for a tidy, natural finish. Choose Fine for a closer finish, although a medium may be initially if the tail is very thick.

Please note the Smart Tails Standard blades cannot be changed, and are therefore classed as disposable.

For Best Results:

Use evenly down the sides of the tail starting at the top and working down, blend into a tapered look towards the end of the dock.  Dampen down and tail bandage for an hour or so to smooth the hair.
